By accessing and using the Creative Content Crafts website at cccrafts.ai (the "Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website.

Creative Content Crafts Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates managed go-to-market programs on LinkedIn for B2B leadership teams. A program may include positioning and profile work, audience and account research, human-written executive content, engagement with target accounts, warm outreach, and weekly reporting.

This Website is an informational and marketing platform. It describes our services, presents examples of past work, and lets you request a demo or a free LinkedIn audit. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Website or of the services described on it at any time.

The Website Is Not a Contract for Services

Nothing on this Website, including service descriptions, deliverable lists, timelines, or prices, constitutes an offer, a quotation, or a binding commitment to provide services.

Paid engagements are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between Creative Content Crafts Inc. and the client (a master services agreement, statement of work, or order form). Prices and package contents shown on this Website are indicative, may change without notice, and are confirmed only in that separate agreement. If anything on this Website conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Demo Requests and the Free LinkedIn Audit

When you request a demo or a free LinkedIn audit, you submit information such as your work email and a LinkedIn profile URL. You confirm that you are entitled to share that information and, where the profile is not your own, that you have the authority to request a review of it.

The audit is a free, non-binding marketing deliverable prepared from publicly available information. It is provided "as is", creates no advisory or professional relationship, and places neither party under any obligation to proceed. We handle all submitted information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services operate on LinkedIn and other third-party platforms. Creative Content Crafts Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or any other platform operator; all platform names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Platform accounts remain under their holder's control, and their use is subject to the platform's own terms. We do not use bot accounts, engagement pods, purchased engagement, or mass automation. We cannot control, and are not responsible for, a platform's availability, algorithms, rule changes, reach, moderation decisions, or actions taken against any account.

Use of AI and Human Authorship

We use AI systems for research, audience analysis, and internal workflow support. Published content is written by human writers working from recorded interviews with the client's own people. Nothing is published on a client's behalf without that client's approval, and the client remains responsible for the accuracy of any facts, figures, or claims they approve for publication.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Creative Content Crafts Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Website content without our express written permission.

This section covers the Website only. Ownership of materials produced for a client under a program, including published content, voice guides, ICP and account lists, content archives, and reporting, is governed by that client's signed agreement, under which those materials are the client's to keep.

Results, Case Studies, and Testimonials

Metrics, case studies, and testimonials on this Website come from identified client programs. For each published figure we state, on the page where it appears, what it measures, which program and profiles it covers, and over what period. We keep dated supporting records for every published figure and will provide the methodology on request at s@cccrafts.ai.

Testimonials are published with the client's permission; some are anonymised or summarised at the client's request. Where a person giving a testimonial received anything beyond an ordinary paid engagement, such as a discount, a fee waiver, extended service, a referral fee, or any other benefit, that is disclosed alongside their testimonial.

This section explains how our figures are produced. It does not qualify, limit, or withdraw any claim made elsewhere on this Website: any limitation on a published result is stated together with that result. We do not guarantee any level of reach, engagement, leads, pipeline, or revenue; outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including a client's market, participation, and platform behaviour.
